Mental Health Awareness Week: Interview- A Story of Teenage Depression | Chloe Talks

*CONTENT & TRIGGER WARNING*

We all know that I like to overshare on my blog, but I think that is why I enjoy writing it so much. I like to be honest and not put on some silly persona by pretending to be something I’m not. My blog has grown massively over the last few months, and for that, I am incredibly thankful for those who have supported me, taken time to read my blog and share it.

So, with my blog taking off and hopefully continuing to do so, I would like to use it to spread a positive message and bring awareness to something close to home. As only a few of my close friends and family know my sister has had a bit of a rough time in life and has suffered badly with her mental health. I want to use my platform to bring as much awareness to this as possible, so I decided to do a little interview with her so that she could shed some light on this for #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek.

Chloe Talks is a lifestyle blog written by North-Devon based blogger, Chloe. I am new to the blogging world and have loved writing for years, so I thought I would channel my thoughts into my own website. I’m a standard twenty-something-year-old, who loves clothes, beauty, make-up and anything to do with interior design.
By day I am Head of Outreach at a digital marketing company, and much of my job role includes seeking out bloggers and websites who would be interested in collaborating, so that is where I got my inspiration to start Chloe Talks.
So, to tell me a little bit about myself, I live in a picturesque village in North Devon, less than 1-mile away from the spectacular coastline where my boyfriend and I have purchased our first home! I love to cook and bake, and I have been a vegetarian for over 10-years with the vision of going completely vegan in the future. I am a constant dieter, and try to exercise as much as possible by walking through either Exmoor or Dartmoor.
I started this blog in July 2018, with the hope to inspire people with honest posts about my daily struggles or things that I enjoy (there is a lot of oversharing on this blog).
